 Job Orientation and Counselling Center (JOCC)

The Job orientation and counselling center aims to empower the most vulnerable youth groups to changes their reality to the best, providing them access to effective financial and non-financial services. To ensure the sustainability of these facilities, NVD is continuously assessing the labor market trends and its new potentialities for the targted beneficiaries.

JOCC spread information and services to the beneficiaries raising their awareness on how their own capacities and attitudes could match with the labor market demands and needs. JOCC is working to create linkages between the unemployed groups, private sectors and other services providers. 

JOCC is offering professional, business management and vocational training services to target groups in order to upgrade their knowledge and skills through tailored and customized training programs.

Additionally, an effective and sustainable micro-finance scheme is in place to support young entrepreneurs in starting-up their businesses or expanding their existing ones.
