The action aims to;

• alleviate poverty in El-Minia Governorate through local labour-focused strategies involving and targeting its marginalized youth
• bring about better socio-economic justice for El-Minia youth labour force by strengthening and expanding the job creation services of El-Minia Job Orientation Centre 

empower an active Youth Labour Alliance to act in view of a better labour market in El-Minia
