Disabled children and young people (girls and boys from 10 to 26 years old); children and young people belonging to marginalized families
The action aims to;
- advance living conditions and prospects of economically/ socially marginalized and vulnerable disabled children and young people and their families with the support of a strengthened civil society
- strengthen disabled young people during their transition to adult life and their families to ensure the use of their economic and social rights for full integration and active participation.
