The non-governmental organization denominated "New Vision Association for development - NVD" is established under the No. 1248 year 2000 and according to the provision of Law No. 84 of the year 2002 on non-governmental associations and institutions.

NVD seeks to improve the socio-economic standards of marginalized group sand poor people in Upper Egypt with special focus on small farmers, Women, youth, children and people with disabilities for the enjoyment of dignified and decent life through the implementation of a range of interventions that promote the realization of community development and welfare.
